The production line portfolio covers both flat and cylindrical dripline manufacturing, offering solutions for different capacities, wall thicknesses, emitter types, and production requirements. Flat dripline models range from the ultra-high-speed N350 FL, capable of reaching up to 350 m/min and 2,500 emitters per minute, to the H250 FL, T250 FL, and S180 FL, which provide flexible production speeds up to 250 m/min and compatibility with multiple flat emitter types. For cylindrical dripline production, the R120 CL offers speeds up to 120 m/min with support for cylindrical emitters and advanced drilling configurations.
All production lines are designed with features focused on productivity, stability, and quality control, including closed-loop water circulation systems, programmable inserting units, high-speed drilling systems, vision-based hole inspection, vacuum calibration, cooling modules, haul-off systems, and automatic coilers. Depending on the model, the lines can process thin, medium, hard-wall, or cylindrical dripline applications while supporting single, double, or triple-layer pipe production.
